Boostazo provides email, SMS, and chat marketing services, including campaigns, marketing automation and flows, audits, deliverability, optimization, and reporting. The specific scope of services will be agreed with each client.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as set out in your selected plan.
• All fees are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise agreed.
• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms and our Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and any materials, access, or cooperation reasonably required for us to deliver the services. Delays caused by a failure to provide these may affect timelines and deliverables.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Boostazo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for a client become that client's property upon full payment, except for any pre-existing materials and tools owned by Boostazo.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting malicious code, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boostazo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Warranties

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription as described in our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
